The app is still in development. Can I download it?
Not yet. Public store links will be added to the Zen Poke app page once release builds are available.
How do I restore a Remove Ads purchase?
When the app is live, a restore purchase option will be available in-app. If restore fails, contact support with your platform (iOS/Android), app version, and a description of what happened.
Why are ads showing?
The release plan includes ads for non-entitled users. If you have already purchased Remove Ads and ads still appear, contact support with your device/platform details and a screenshot if possible.
How should I report a crash or bug?
Please include device model, OS version, app version, and the steps you took right before the issue. That is usually enough to reproduce and fix most problems faster.
