Terms of Use for Zen Poke

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Zen Poke mobile application ("Zen Poke" or the "App") and related support pages on funnymanfinance.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Zen Poke, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Subject to these Terms and any applicable platform rules, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Zen Poke for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.

3. Availability and Changes

Zen Poke is currently in development and may change materially before release. Features, pricing, ad behavior, and availability may change at any time.

4. In-App Purchases and Refunds

Zen Poke is planned to include a one-time Remove Ads purchase. In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store and/or Google Play, and refunds are handled according to the applicable store's policies.

5. Ads

The release plan for Zen Poke includes advertising for users who have not purchased the Remove Ads entitlement. Ad availability and frequency may vary by platform, region, app version, and technical conditions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App in violation of law
• Attempt to interfere with app services or security
• Reverse engineer or modify the App except as allowed by applicable law
• Exploit bugs or automation in ways that harm the app experience for others

7. Intellectual Property

Zen Poke, including its software, artwork, branding, and related content, is owned by its publisher/creator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zen Poke is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Zen Poke.
